Blogging is the number 1 reason you have such a powerful brand personality (part 3/3)

Make sure your brand personality shines just as brightly with non-customers

In the first article in this series, I started with the benefits of blogging for the long term growth of your business. In part two of this series, we talked about your toughest customers becoming your primary influencers or brand ambassadors, those who spread the word on your behalf to their audiences. This last part of the series focuses on these non-customers.

This is another overlooked benefit of blogging is building brand trust with non-customers who might one day become your customers, who in turn can share your message with other people who are more likely to become your customers.

There’s a false notion out there that you should only spend time on people who bring you money. But your current customers were at one time non-customers, so that logic makes no sense.

Leveraging your brand personality through blogging creates an incredibly powerful set of relationships with non-customers.

Use it to improve your industry’s awareness with the general public. (For example…a motorcycle dealership posting a blog why car-owners should own a motorcycle.) Say it with me now…non-buyers DO affect your bottom line!
